Born in Puerto Rico and rooted in nature, NATIVA was created with a passion for natural skincare. Our products are made with natural ingredients that honor the land and nourish the skin. Every bar of soap, every formula, is a reflection of our commitment to quality, authenticity, and the beauty of nature.
NATIVA started with one bar of soap, made in our own crafting room in Cupey, San Juan; with no brand, no plan, just the kind of household that would rather make something by hand than trust a label we couldn't fully read. We've always been the type to flip a bottle around in the store and check the ingredient list before the price: soap, shampoo, sunblock, lotion, serum, candles, if it claimed to be natural, we wanted proof. |
That first bar of soap was the first time a label's promise and what was actually inside it matched. So we kept making it.
That was two years ago. Since then, our crafting room in Cupey has produced a lot more than soap. A body lotion came next, then a serum we now reach for every morning and night. Along the way we started formulating a fully natural deodorant and sunblock too, and non-toxic candles for the moments when the ritual is less about skin and more about the room around you, all now part of our daily ritual. Our family has always been NATIVA's first customer, and its harshest critic.
Every bar is still made the same way: in Puerto Rico, in Cupey, in small batches, by hand; because rushing was never the point. Cocoa butter, olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, castor oil, and vitamin E form the base of every soap, chosen because it works, not because it's trendy. Everything after that is the ritual we wanted to craft: a few quiet minutes, morning or night, that feel like they belong to you.
What guides us
Craft. Every product starts in our own crafting room in Cupey and is tested on our own family long before it ever reaches yours.
Ritual. We didn't set out to make soap. We set out to make a moment worth returning to, morning and night.

Soap is where NATIVA started, not where it ends. The same crafting room that built this soap recipe has already built a lotion, a serum, a deodorant, a sunblock, and a line of non-toxic candles, each one tested at home long before it's ever offered to you. What you see today is just the beginning of what our family already uses every day.
